Lovely people to deal with. Very prompt in supplying a well presented quotation giving all options available and prices. They were very quickly on site on a very horrible day. They got soaked but rang to say they were leaving the site , left everything tidy and returned the next day to finish off. Superb work carried out and left everything cleaned up. Quotation process was good. All pre-work queries and information to help decide requirements were dealt with very well. These aspects were dealt with by Amy, who was excellent throughout. Installation team arrived at set date and time. The whole job was done in a day, despite short hours of daylight at this time of year. Towards the end of the day, I had a feeling that the job might be being rushed to ensure its completion. However, the site was revisited the next day, and surveyed to ensure that any remaining details were sorted. The team worked well, and were very personable. An effort was made to minimise mess throughout the day. I have given a 10 score for quality above, but we really need a good down pour of rain to test this! If there is a subsequent problem, I have no concerns that the company will put them right.

Workmen arrived on time and worked hard and efficiently throughout. Unfortunately, work had to stop before completion due to the discovery of an active bird's nest under the tiles. Work completed approximately two weeks later when birds had left. Had to call workmen back, once to remove a long length of fascia left over from the initial installation and, once to rectify a problem of gutter overshoot. Both were done without quibble but both times did arrive without prior arrangement of a time. Overall, pleased with the final result.
