Andy was very polite, and when he came to our home he explained everything in detail and did not miss anything out. The work carried out has been done to a very high standard and has transformed our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Fascia Division to anybody. The 2 chaps who carried out the work were very polite, and they cleaned up everything, and left the garden as they found it. Andy came out and was very open to our thoughts on having something in keeping with the age of the property. A day or two later we had the full quote and specifics after he had spoken to his design team to arrange something that matched our requirements. The team turned up exactly at the time specified and worked all day in the rain. Whilst the job took slightly longer than predicted the weather and daylight available was to blame. The finished job is fantastic and far exceeded our initial expectations. We have a Victorian property and unless you are stood close up you wouldn't be able to tell they had been replaced. The team have done a fantastic job of matching it to the neighbouring properties and to be honest we couldn't be happier.

Excellent from start to finish. I have spent a long time looking for a company to do this job properly as there are too many cut price merchants not using all the ventilation and protection components required for a professional job. No hard sell or silly discounts, just an honest appraisal of what I wanted and a price that would have been the same next week. Not even a deposit taken - they knew I would be pleased with the job and pay up on completion which I was happy to do. A great pair of workers, neat, tidy, well equipped and professional in all respects, despite working in the cold and wet. A courtesy call from the boss within half an hour of them leaving to make sure I was happy - I was and am.

We were extremely pleased with the design and the fitting of it. The fitters were very professional, friendly and hard working. They communicated any obstacles which needed to be overcome, and perhaps most importantly, they ensured that we were satisfied with the overall design before actually carrying it out. There is always a little trepidation in employing a company to undertake building work as there are so many stories about 'cowboys'. However, this company is A1 in every detail from initial visit and completion of the work. Look NO FURTHER if you require roof work, flat roof replacement and UPvc fascia replacement. I had a choice of 'local' firms who did not respond positively to any of my enquiries. But his company did. I am so pleased I engaged them. YOU WILL BE TOO!!

Excellent job as far as I can see. The job was completed in less than two days with no disruption or inconvenience to us. They removed all the old materials and took them away and cleaned up thoroughly before they left us. All in all a very customer friendly and polite company. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them ! I shall be having a small amount of further work done by them in the not too distant future. To date they have done five houses in my close and given that there are only eighteen properties in total, I think that speaks for itself !

This company has carried out several jobs for me. On every occasion they have not only carried out work to first class standard but have also done other work for free just because they saw that it need to be done, i.e. fixing a roof leak which was unrelated to the work they were doing. It really is quite refreshing to see a company who not only does what they say they are going to do but also does so with immense pride and professionalism.
