The existing fascias and guttering had been badly fitted by a previous owner which had led to damp in the outside walls and in the ends of some roof timbers. They removed all the old fascias and guttering, made repairs and completed the replacements to the entire house in one day. They worked extremely hard and cleared up all mess leaving the garden very clean and tidy.

Nigel and Robert were very polite. They coped with the problems caused by poor fitting of previous soffits very well and worked through several rainstorm. New gutters and soffits now look great and all debris tidied up and taken away.

The two young chaps that came to do the job arrived on time as planned and wasted no time getting on with the work. They cleared the rubbish as they went along and left us clean and tidy with no clearing up to do. A very professional job and we would not hesitate to have them to do future work for us and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

The work was done to an exceptionally high standard and the whole process from start to finish was outstanding. Beverley, Russell, Nigel and Rob were extremely professional and friendly. Beverley was on time, smartly dressed and very professional when she came to give me a quote for roofline products. She arranged for a surveyor to come the next day before she committed herself to quoting a price, thus ensuring there were no hidden surprises. The price was sent quickly by e-mail and all subsequent conversations were by e-mail, even at weekends and after normal business hours. I was very impressed by Beverley's commitment to doing her best for me, the customer.
