Excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, efficient and approachable. And were not put-off by the snow that arrived overnight! They first had to sweep the snow off our roof before the solar panels could be fitted. And the panels were fitted well and neatly connected into our electricity system. And the support that we had from their office was good. I would recommend them without reservation.

The Green home company arranged everything. The Scaffolders arrived on the due date. The following day The Solar panels were fitted and then again the following day, the scaffolding was removed. All very efficient, very neat, very tidy and above all else all the work force were very courteous. The whole installation was completed in 6 hours. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of this company and would recommend them to anybody thinking of having Solar panels fitted

Very impressed with the whole experience, and happy to recommend TGHC. The system was up and generating in one day. There was a small issue with a component that the team were unhappy with, even though the system was up and running - they phoned the following day to make an appointment to replace the part the day after. They juggled the scheduling to work around the conservatory installation that was happening at the same time, and went to a good deal of effort to make sure everything went smoothly.

Final installation was very different to original proposal caused mainly by non-availability of materials (the panels originally specified) and inaccuracies in the survey. I suspect that with a modern home or a simple roof the company would prove to be very efficient and very good value for money.

The Green Home Company has been supplying customers energy monitors from one of the biggest European suppliers for over a year. Over the last couple of months a handful of customers have let us know that their display units have been disconnecting from the inverter and therefore not displaying properly. The manufacturer has supplied replacements and suggested software updates but hasn’t quite satisfied us that they have completely solved the problem. We have been waiting for a new version of this particular monitor to be released but as this has dragged on for too long we have now sourced an alternative monitor and are supplying and installing them this week and next week. Our sincere apologies are due to the customer, who has been so patient in waiting for this piece of kit to be supplied.
