Emailed the company requesting a quote on a Sunday afternoon - the MD called and visited the property on Monday and we had a written quote that day. We gave the go ahead on Tuesday, and they started on Wednesday and were completed within 3 days. The quality of the workmanship is perfect, and the team worked quickly and despite the rain. The company recomended we fit a slightly larger size of guttering, to give extra capacity, and we are very pleased with the fit and finish. Something I've never taken any note of before on our house now looks strikingly smart. Thanks for a great job well done.

One word, FANTASTIC. I really can not sing Ray and his team praises enough. Contacted Ray for a quote on Wednesday 18th April, Ray came round within 2 hours and gave me a written quote within another hour. Accepted quote next day and work completed on Friday 20th. Rob and Steve (Ray's fitters) turned up bang on time at 07.30 and were the most decent workers I have ever met. They cracked on straight away and never stopped until the work was completed. Their work was just AMAZING, finished to a FANTASTIC standard. Cleaned up thouroughly, were very polite, friendly and very hard working. Ray and his team were very professional. We have the best soffits in the street now! Though not the cheapest they look the best. The workmen were out there in torrential rain for a week without giving up! A further problem was encountered with the roof which Ray gave us solutions for which we appreciated. Having had 30 years plus of builders carrying out various types of work for me these chaps broke the mould, they were the best I have ever dealt with in the building trade. They were polite, punctual, extremely tidy and efficient and the best part was I didn’t pay a penny (not the norm for the building trade) until they had finished the job and I said I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work, save your time don’t bother looking anywhere else!
