Matt's teams had worked for me at my previous address and installed carpets there also. There was no hesitation in asking them to come to my new house (just outside their usual area) as we were very satisfied first time round. They installed wood flooring and at a later date yet more carpet. This time the work was very time consuming and took a little longer as we wanted to use a large off cut in another room but this team were happy to complete and once again we are very satisfied. Matt has also given me contacts for other quality services in the domestic furnishing area gained through his knowledge and expertise.

The taking up of the old floor was done efficiently without fuss. We had to wait a few more days for the laying of the new laminate as the floor was damper than expected underneath due to a flood. Rudy did a humidity test and advised us to wait until it dried. What was nice was that Matt agreed to a slightly more expensive underlay at no extra cost so that the dampness would not cause us any more problems. Both fitters were professional and did a great job with the flooring and edging. We are very pleased with the laminate and the service we received. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend The Prestige Flooring Co as they gave excellent service from start to finish.

Very impressed with the quality of workmanship - a job well done. A couple of minor niggles - it look a long time for Matt to confirm in writing the verbal quote that I had been given when he called round - I had to chase for this. I also had to pay the fitter the balance of the cost in actual cash on the day, which seems less than entirely satisfactory. But, as I say, these are minor gripes - yes, I would use this firm again and, yes, I would recommend them
