Very friendly and professional. Repaired the boiler in about half an hour. I asked lots of questions. And they were very helpful. Charged £40/hour and they said anything else I wanted done in that hour they would take care of....and they did. Took out a sink Showed me how to work various controls and made some recommendations. Would totally recommend. Very professional and great guys!!

A problem with our boiler was discovered on the 27th Dec 2009, Thermogenesis had a repair man arrive within 2 hours if my call, who diagnosed the problem, which was fixed the following day after the new part had been obtained.

Great. My other half had already used them for a boiler service and found them to be reasonably priced and good at what they do! I was expecting to be charged more - I have paid more in call-out fees alone that what they charged me for the whole visit. I didn't have a clue what was wrong with the system and fully expected to have to replace the boiler, and if they were that way inclined they could have told me that's what needed doing. Luckily they're not! Knowledgeable guys that know what they're talking about and what they are doing.
