Fixed satellite dish and set up box to ensure working

Phoned to let me know he was going to be a bit late, which is great. Tidied up well after work done. Let next client know he was running late and even though job was more tricky than expected, given need to drill a hole in furniture for a plug to go through and then box needed to update software which took 10 minutes - he wanted to stay to the end to ensure it was all working. Then refused an additional payment I'd offered given it was trickier than expected. Overall, very friendly, courteous, tidy, thorough and even ran the wires outside the house down the drainpipe so they don't show. Excellent and would recommend to others.

Extra aerial point

Arranged for Carl to give me a quote the previous day, and as promised he phoned ahead to tell me when he was coming. After explaining what I wanted done, Carl gave me a quote, which was cheaper than 2 I had received from other traders. I decided to accept his quote and he went ahead with the work. He kept me informed of work as it progressed. His work was tidy and he made sure the cables were unobtrusive. Carl was even kind enough to repair another aerial point that he had noticed was coming away from a cable, free of charge. Very pleased with his work and would definitely use again.

Magic eye installation.

Aerial checked as unable to receive some channels

Rang Carl in the morning and he visited a few hours later. I thought I needed a new aerial but he retuned my TV and advised me I didn't. He repositioned the aerial point efficiently and cleanly. I asked him to run a further point to the bedroom but he overcame the need for this by advising me to use a digital box as there was already a digital cable in situ. He saved me a fortune, gave a very professional service and was friendly and polite. Highly recommended!!
