Russell was really great to work with! We talked through everything that needed to be done so that I had complete confidence that he knew what I wanted. If I asked for things to be added on / changed nothing was too big a problem or too much trouble for him to do. The finished work is of a high standard and was completed in good time and for a very reasonable cost. I not only recommend Russell - I've booked him for a second job...

We got a new fitted oven installed, but it didn't fit into the hole left by the old one. Russ did this for us but found it took longer than he expected. I also got him to resolve two doors not closing - one of which had never closed properly since we moved into the flat 5 years ago. I felt bad that I'd beaten him down on price (from £50 to £30) so gave him extra, considering he did a very neat job, cleaned up after himself, and did more than expected.
