Fixing a joint that had come loose
We have come back to Jamie again and again for
help with our plumbing jobs and never cease to be impressed by his work. The
speed of coming to do the job, his efficiency and good workmanship and very good
rates. When Jamie leaves us after completing the work, the standard of
cleanliness and neatness is better than before he arrived! We are only sorry
that as we are soon moving out of the area we will have to find another plumber
- we can only hope they are half as good!

Mending a burst pipe
Absolutely outstanding service. We tried a supposedly '24 hour callout' plumber on Sunday but they refused to come out just for a burst pipe.. We phoned Jamie on Monday morning and he was with us within half an hour of the call! The burst pipe was replaced and everything working again very soon after. We would recommend Thomson Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Replacement of Shower Component
This is the 2nd time that I've used Jamie and wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Each time, he's been remarkably helpful, working around my availability, and the options supplied to resolve the problems are always better than replacing what's broken. This time, his advice saved me over £500 by replacing a broken part rather than the entire shower - you can't say better than that.
