We experienced a problem where the heating came on at same time as water, despite the control for heating being at 'off'. Mr Thorn showed me that I had inadvertently moved a small plastic lever on the pump mechanism in the airing cupboard, that overrode the controls. An expensive but necessary lesson!

Only scored 3 on courtesy as refused to remove shoes. I have never encountered anyone before refusing to do this on my cream carpet. Good thing it was not raining. Other workmen have often used blue plastic covers.
