A brilliant plumber! Damian quickly identified that it was a fuse that needed replacing and a new bracket. Other plumbers we'd contacted had said we needed a new boiler without even looking at it. The new parts and the work were completed quickly without any mess. We will definately be using Damian again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Deserves 10 out of 10. Work was done efficiently and I was assured that he knew what he was doing. He called first to re-light the pilot light which had somehow gone out! I asked for a service on the boiler and he explained what would need to be done. As I was concerned with safety Damian also advised me to get myself a carbon monoxide alarm. I would recommend him.

Everything about Damian's work was excellent. When we first asked him to quote for replacing our boiler he listened to what WE wanted rather than trying to impose his own preferences (as other plumbers we had consulted tried to do). His quote was very reasonable and he made every effort to get the work done before the end of March so as to qualify for the boiler manufacturer's five year warranty. Damian arrived promptly each day and worked concientiously while he was here. Despite this he was friendly and engaging. In my view, his work was of the highest standard and really neat and tidy. He cleared up well after his work and finally ensured that our new boiler was registered for its warranty, supplying all the relevant paperwork in a smart folder. I have no hesitation in recommending Damian for any plumbing and gas work and will use him again if the need arises in the future.

Poor Damian, this is the third time Damian has been called out with short notice to fix a leak. And again I am very impressed with the work and standard it was carried out to. He gave me helpful and accurate information over the phone so that I could stop the leak in the interim and then came out and fixed the problem for me. After using 3 non checkatrade plumbers because Damien was busy and I was too impatient and having 3 not so good experiences, we decided to wait for Thorpe Heating. So pleased we did. We went on holiday and sent Damian the key. I fully expected to be disappointed because there was some excuse why the job hadn't been completed or something there was some drawback. But no, he and the tiler had cooperated with each other and the whole job was done - what a lovely surprise! There was a slight alteration needed with the shower door but Damian came back within ah hour and fixed it. It's easy to think you have a quality tradesman when there are no hiccups, but really the real quality shows when there are and they are put right without any bother. Thank you Damian - you'll be well recommended on my tradesman's sheet!

Damian was a very quiet and efficient worker. Everything worked perfectly, and the bathroom was left clean and tidy. I couldn't have asked for better. He will now be putting in an outside tap for the garden sometime after Easter, and doing all jobs for us in the future. Well recommended!
