In my opinion, I have never experienced such poor customer service. On two occasions they fitted the front door poorly and it had to be properly fitted by an Independent Inspector and fitter. To threaten to take me to court over their own poor workmanship, I feel is an absolute disgrace. I feel that I would not recommend this company.

Our project was a little different and required several bespoke touches, particularly to a bay window with a leaded roof. We gave them a drawing and put our trust in them. They exceeded our expectations. Each tradesman took genuine pride in his work and they were as pleased and proud of the finished job as we were. Highly recommended. It also felt good to support our local tradesmen.

Fitters were polite and courteous...(I only have to make two cups of tea...but well deserved on a bitterly cold, rainy day) I could only be at home on the Monday morning but left them to it after that. The work standard is excellent. The price was highly competitive and the service throughout was excellent. A major national company (name supplied on request) could not compete with the level of service for quotation, price, ordering and fitting. I am happy to recommend 3 Counties to anyone.
