Response from Three Counties Roofing Contractors:
We are sorry to hear that the customer was not entirly happy with our company, the customer does states that the work was carried out well but found the men off hand. In response to this we feel it was a misunderstanding as our men said they would return the following day at 7.30 am and the customer felt that she should have been asked if they could come back the following day at a time to suit her. In response to the customer saying the firms charges were to high the customer had received our written quotation and filled in an acceptance quotation form on 25th October the customer had also obtained other quotations to compare with so we cant really understand why the customer has said this.

I contacted the company as they had originally put the guttering up 9 years ago. Due to the weather, the guttering had contracted and expanded over the years causing it to come away from my neighbour's. I contacted Matthew to arrange for him to give me an estimate and repair the damage. It was repaired without fuss and quickly all within a few days. I then received a follow up call the next day to check I was happy with the repair and service. Would definitely recommend.
