Vehicle was recovered to Thwaites by RAC, the patrolman told me that Ian and his team would sort out non runner of my Mercedes, this vehicle has been in 3 garages so far. Vehicle was in less than 24hrs when Nick called to say they had found the fault, they replaced the part as quoted and by magic the car runs like new. Great garage! Great staff and Ian put me at ease. Thanks Thwaites.

I own a Rover 75 Cdt auto that kept stalling when put into drive. Had already been to one garage hat could not diagnose the problem. Nick is a smashing chap who clearly knows his stuff, this gave me great confidence that they could sort the problem out which they did with no fuss at all and for the price quoted. I met several members of staff while there all of whom were friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humour which definitely takes the bite out of having to spend money on a car. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

I highly recommend Thwaites MOT and Service Centre Ltd. They have gone above and beyond in repairing my car and ensuring that I was never without a car. They did not give up on my persistently annoying car and I felt as if I had friends helping me rather than a garage working for me. I have used Thwaites on several occasions when having van trouble and each time the service I received was top class. The estimates quoted were always accurate and the service always prompt. As my van is imperative to my job, I need to use a reliable garage I can trust. I will always use Thwaites for all my vehicle servicing and MOT's. If you are looking for a professional and trustworthy garage, then look no further. These guys are a pleasure to deal with.

Quoted prices based on my diagnosis (which they verified) and found that another part was required to complete repair, which they called me to confirm and kindly kept the car over weekend in order to speed up repair and service on the Monday. Helpful, friendly and honest would be my description of the people that I saw and spoke to. Would use again definitely.
