Total repointing of the bungalow and renewal of all wall ties
Brilliant! Without doubt the best company that we have used since we bought this house. Paul came over to assess the work that we wanted done and gave us a fixed price which was less than we had anticipated (there were no hidden or additional costs). A written copy of the job specification and final cost, as agreed, was sent as confirmation. Barry, who did the work, was always on time and worked really hard. Everything in the job specification was done on time and the site left perfectly clean as agreed. Paul gave us written guarantees for all the work done. We couldn't have hoped for a more reliable and trustworthy company; they were brilliant. We would be more than willing to provide a reference to any customer thinking of using Tide Solutions. Repointing and damaged bricks replaced. Wall ties replaced and chimneys rendered.
Tide Solutions undertook a lot of work to our house and carried all of it out to an extremely high standard. People walking down the street have commented on how smart the house now looks and we are very pleased with the quality of work that has been carried out. Both Barry and Kieran, who worked on the property, were hard working, polite and helpful. Nothing was a problem. We would fully recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Paul was very prompt/professional in all aspects of visiting, quoting, arranging the work at a competitive price. Barry, who did the work, could not be faulted in his workmanship, was very presentable in appearance and his attitude and openness in what he was doing and wanted to do could not be faulted; even the scaffolders were very polite and efficient - so my choice of a company outside the area in which I live was vindicated in every way - well done to Tide Solutions

Replaced rendering around the bungalow, and took down a chimney.
