Tip Top were engaged to carry out external brickworks to our new chalet bungalow. It soon become apparent that we were going to run into difficulties with other tradesmen on internal works. Tip Top stepped in and has carried out insulation, stud walling, plaster boarding and flooring to a very high standard over the last few months. We are now asking them to quote for landscaping, internal joinery and kitchen works. We have learnt that these types of works are very much weather related and do not always work to timescales. They managed to combine our works with their other work loads.

Scott and all his workers have done an excellent job for me. Really polite and all of them where always on time. They finished ahead of schedule and with no extra charges at the end of the job. Would recommend him to anyone. Tip top builders really do a tip top job at an excellent price.

Thanks to Scott I now have beautiful garden decking, with lights and posts and steps. It is perfect. It is so level that the hot tub installers said it was the first time they had been able to set a tub down on decking without having to use any further levelling wedges. They took his details too!

Scott and his boys put us in a base and dwarf walls for the new conservatory we had installed. This was my first experience with builders and so wasn't sure what to expect. Scott definitely knows his stuff and the work was carried out to the correct building regulations standards. Slight hiccup with the schedule and things not getting done when we expected them to, but there were no major delays and we got there in the end. Scott was very amenable and adapted to changes well as they came up and always gave us options. The plasters he used did a great job, they worked fast and finished to a great standard. There were a few cosmetic glitches but that's just me being picky and they're not worthy of mention. All in all I'd recommend Tip Top Builders, as listening to some of the other horror stories from friends we had a very reliable builder in Scott.

Scott removed our old tile floor and ensured we had a flat surface to lay our new carpet on. As part of the work he also built us a brick fireplace. We were very clear what type of colouring we wanted the bricks to be (yellow old stocks) and Scott managed to find us reclaimed bricks that fitted exactly what we wanted - we did reject a number of other samples, but he was patient and diligent in finding us exactly what we wanted. We have used Tip Top before and as usual the other trades that were required Scott sourced professional people who completed the work to a high standard. We have no problem with recommending Tip Top.

We keep Scott and his guys top of our list for any works associated to our line of business, He is ideal and reliable to overcome the smaller builder type jobs that can hold us up where as other tradesman think the job to small for them.  Scott is often rewarded back from our customer base with recommendations and other building jobs, I know he has just picked up a valuable large extension and drive way on the back of just extending a window opening to accept large doors. Good luck to Tip Top we will use them again and again.

I have used Scott and his team previously and as before, I have found their work completed to a high professional standard.  Due to this being a large job, there was extra work requested of Scott and these additional requests have been met with flexibility and on many occasions suggestions on what alternatives there might be which has meant my dream kitchen is more than we could have hoped for.

Never has the term "wise head on young shoulders" been more fitting. Scott works with such energy and diligence and to such a high personal standard that it is hard to imagine how this could be bettered. This is backed up by other comments on his check-a-trade profile. I have already recommended him to many of my friends, who were also extremely satisfied with his work, particularly the way he suggested money saving ideas to those on a budget without compromising standards.

The first time I used Tip Top Building Services, I was surprised at the efficiency, tidiness and quality of workmanship they showed. I run a double glazing company and often use local tradesmen for some of our work. I would like to say since using this company for the first time, I have not used anybody else! Their knowledge of their trade and ability to overcome obstacles within a job has saved me a lot of time and money and always leaves me with a happy customer. I will definitely continue to use them and would strongly recommend them to others.

In preparation for a kitchen fit the floor needed to be levelled as it sloped and made good in preparation for tiling. There were a number of issues that made this a difficult task however Scott made a great job of it which was praised by both the kitchen fitters and the tiler for its level and smoothness. He was courteous and the workmanship was great - don't be put off that he's young, I'd use him again.
