Thank you for your interest in TIP TOP Roofing. My name is John Flavin and I am the sole proprietor of TIP TOP ROOFING.  I also have full public liability insurance.

I cover the whole of Dorset and undertake all aspects of the roofing trade from replacing one tile to a new roof. I am very passionate about roofing and take every care to make sure that my customers are left feeling more than happy.

Flashing mended and replaced on chimney

Gave only 7/10 for time keeping as on his second visit we were expecting him on Tuesday but he arrived Thursday to finish the work, with no explanation. It didn't affect us as we didn't need to wait in for him (work was outside) and it was only cosmetic to finish. Maybe we got wires crossed. Very pleased with all other aspects of work done.
