Repair of lintel and subsequent replacement of zinc tray and treatment of damp
My original request was for a lintel repair, for which Terry estimated, but he also warned me that there might be an underlying problem once he has removed the lintel. There was, I was kept fully informed, and he was able to fix, continue the job until the next day (a Saturday) to get it finished. I was very pleased with the tidiness and general attitude to the work.

Complete Bathroom renovation
Very professional, clean and tidy. Friendly guys who did exactly what it said on the tin. From the stripping out, through the re-plastering, fitting the new suite and decorating a great job. Using other professionals where appropriate the project was managed in a timely manner with little disruption to the household. Will use them again for the next project - Kitchen / Dinning room conversion. Would recommend without reservation.

Enlarge current bathroom retile and refit
Absolutely excellent. We had a small bathroom that required stripping extending replastering retiling and refitting. We have been at this house for 28 years and this was to be the most important ( and expensive ) job we've had done. We are extremely pleased not only with the final result, but with the way the whole business was conducted. Terry kept us informed every step of the way, Jamie was a grafter and an excellent plasterer. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Total kitchen refurbishment including plastering to walls and ceiling and new electrics
From the first visit Terry put my mind at rest, his estimate was fair and accurate. He was confident and clearly knew what he was doing. The workmanship and standard of all the trades attending was second to none. Everyone was polite and tidy, and time keeping was very good. There was also very good communication and small problems that arose as the worked progressed were easily resolved. It is clear that Terry is very knowledgeable with building work. I will use TLM Property Maintenance again and would highly recommend them to others.

Repair to roof
TLM did some previous work for me that I was very pleased with so they were my obvious choice when I needed some repair work carried out on the roof on my mother's house. Once again a quality job done and good price. TLM take great pride in their work. I can highly recommend them.

Replacement of shower in bathroom.
TLM replaced a shower in my elderly mother's bathroom. Excellent work, courteous, on time and the work was of a high standard and very fairly priced. It is so nice to find a reliable builder who you can trust and who turns up when he says he will.
