Resite and refit bathroom

I am extremely happy with the work carried out and the team were considerate throughout, which made for a stress free project. At no point was I without a working bathroom despite the fact that the old bathroom was demolished and moved to a different location.

Single storey extension

I have nothing but praise for this firm. They were always punctual and took care to tidy up each day. I was always consulted and kept informed of the progress of the work. The new extension has been finished exactly as I hoped and I have no hesitation in recommending TMD.

Repair brickwork and tiles on listed building

They managed to source the original bricks and tiles, and have matched them up perfectly. Work was complete on the same morning!

Single storey extension with additional roof work; kitchen fitting; utility room

Ollie and his team were fantastic. Not only was the quote lower than other builders who tendered, the quality of the work was high and it really did feel that no corners were cut. Ollie is the tidiest and friendliest builder I've ever met - I know that may not be saying much, but with two small children, that really mattered. Without us asking, he put up security fences to stop them wandering into the building site; hired a portaloo so the builders weren't trekking through the house and set up his own tea point in the garage (though not adverse to having a cuppa from us particularly through the snow months!). Ollie couldn't do enough to make this build as smooth as possible - he even came out at the weekend, with the 'flu when one of our pipes burst in the freezing temperatures. I would be very, very happy to recommend Ollie and his team to anyone for a build.
