Installed new boiler, new shower and replaced towel rail with radiator in bathroom.
Tom was fantastic - can't rate him and Steve the boiler man highly enough.  They were efficient, charming, incredibly hard working - everything installed in less time than estimated (and cost reduced as a result without asking). Very highly recommended.

Supply and installing a new shower
Tom was incredibly efficient and effective with his level of service. He went out of his way to purchase the correct shower and installed it with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Supply and install new radiator
From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for Tom. The quote was reasonable and a number of options provided that might save me money. Very tidy and conscientious, I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom - and my father was a plumber in Brighton and Hove for 45 years!

Fix badly installed shower.
Tom came round to repair a badly installed shower. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Something the original company had failed to do after months of requests to sort out the leak issue.

Repair outside tap, extend overflow and replace toilet cistern.
Above scores speak for themselves. I cannot comment on value for money as I have nothing to compare it with but the price charged seemed very reasonable. I would recommend them.

BAD LEAK ON BATHROOM TAP
MY BATHROOM COLD TAP STARTED LEAKING AT 11.30 PM.  I RANG 12 BRIGHTON PLUMBERS INC. 24 CALL OUTS TOM WAS THE ONLY PLUMBER WHO GOT BACK TO ME, THANK GOODNESS, HE HAD A GUY ROUND THE FOLLOWING MORNING TO FIX IT, GOOD JOB, NEAT AND TIDY, THE NEXT DAY 8 INCHES OF SNOW.  THANKS TOM, YOU SAVED OUR SKINS !!!
