When he came to give us a quote, Tom considered all options carefully and then took a lot of trouble to explain everything to us, to help us make our decisions. All the work was done exactly as and when he said it would be, with a few unforeseen adjustments, which were not a problem. The charge was as estimated. Tom was patient, friendly and courteous throughout, and always very tidy and punctual. He also found we were eligible for a grant, which was a bonus! We would thoroughly recommend Coggan Oakden and would certainly use them again ourselves, as a first choice.

I found Coggan Oakden on the Checkatrade site and asked Tom and Sam to do a site visit and quote for work to convert two flats back to one house, installing a new boiler and merging both flats back to one house. Both Sam and Tom are true to the all excellent feedback mention of them in this site. They are have a courteous and welcoming approach, they spent a long time on the site visit looking at all options to do the conversion, and out of all 4 plumbing companies that visited me , they came up with the tidiest and most respectful approach for a house of 100 years old. There quote was fair and the end bill came in just under the quote. They advised me each day of the next day’s plans and times they would be working, which really helped me to plan my day. There work is neat, professional and they kept the house tidy and protected at all time. The best Pluming Company I have ever found, and I wish both Tom and Sam a very successful business in the years to come.
