Workmen would turn up at 08.30 and leave at 14.00 most days charging a full days labour cost. Some days said he ran out of tools and did not come at all. Admitted to having too much work on. Quality of some jobs not good and one particular worker I found to be rude, I found that they damaged the toilet which needed replacing as well as sweeping dirt and rubble under carpet. Also split oil on carpets which all needed replacing.

This was a large scale project, with the clients living in the property at all times. I am disappointed by the way the clients have responded after leaving on such good terms. All work carried out was finished to a high standard any problems were talked about on site and dealt with immediately. They were so pleased with the standard of work that I was asked to quote for further work, which they accepted. The extra work made the schedule run over the completion date. The job was on a fixed price basis with a signed contract by the customer. At no point were they charged by the hour or by the day. The toilet was accidently broken, when re-installing the lid slipped off and cracked, this was replaced with a whole new toilet at my expense. There was also a small accident of some radiator water leaking onto their old carpet, I paid for this to be cleaned professionally, again at my expense. I later discovered the whole house was being renovated to sell and all the carpet was removed to expose the floor boards. I would like to confirm that we do not use oil in our trade. I have tried to contact my clients to discuss these issues, unfortunately, they are refusing to communicate with me. I am sorry they feel this way, we aim to please all of our clients and for work to be carried out to a very high standard at all times.
