Darren did his apprenticeship for Frank Wyatt Construction Ltd of Upton, Dorset in 1987.After leaving he went on to work  & manage many construction projects throughout the UK & abroad. After a successful 15 years Darren formed Topnotch Construction (Dorset) Ltd. Since then Topnotch has carried out work on a wide & varied range of projects including shops, bars restaurants, offices, factories, residential, ships and churches. Topnotch have a  joinery shop and fitting service, where they can produce & reproduce any thing in timber. Remember, Topnotch's Motto 'Big Enough To Cope, Small Enough To Care' never a truer word said!

Excellent work by Darren from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. My new, non-standard size front door has already been much admired by neighbours and fellow villagers, not to mention how pleased we are with it ourselves (and thankful that he managed to keep the existing glazing)! I would thoroughly recommend Darren to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use Topnotch again when I need work doing. He was very courteous, friendly, efficient and professional, a pleasure.
