Fridge-freezer suddenly failed on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend so emailed Martin in the hope that he could assess the appliance on the Tuesday if possible. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend Martin emailed me back and arranged to arrive Tuesday morning. Unfortunately the compressor had failed so will have to replace the appliance as beyond economic repair but Martin was very helpful and polite. Will definitely recommend him and contact him again if/when other appliances stop working.

The engineer arrived and spent about an hour repairing my dishwasher. At first he though it might be a fault with the heater or circuit board. He tested these and found it was not. He then checked wiring to find a break in the wiring to the heater. He repaired this and this fixed the fault. The only charge was the £49 labour charge. I was impressed as some other companies may well have seized on the opportunity to replace parts! Many thanks for an excellent repair.

Initially very good, but the washing machine was not actually fixed as we thought, and two more visits were required, on second visit it turned out the guy had not fixed it, but broke it more. It ended up costing more money and two more trips to launderette.
