Excellent, what more can I say, Dave, Charlie and the guys were prompt, tidy, polite, the quote didn't escalate from the original I'm sure because time was taken at the start to find out exactly what we wanted with lots of good advice from Dave. Job was to replace an old warm air heater unit and water tanks in a 2-bed flat with a new combi boiler and radiators throughout.  Also had to replace fuse box, and do some carpentry work in Kitchen to create space for boiler where kitchen cupboards were currently placed. Dave Silvester was by far the most impressive of the 4 suppliers we asked to quote. We wanted a one-stop shop, and Dave was also the only supplier that was happy to do plumbing, heating, electrical and carpentry work.  He also asked more detailed questions, took time to discuss options for the job, and explain issues that could arise in advance. He helped make a more shrewd boiler choice than other suppliers, with good well explained rationale.  Given the check-a-trade accreditation, we thought that TPS would end up being more expensive than other options, but actually the quote turned out to be roughly in line with other options (and a lot better value than others!).  I was pleasantly surprised. Dave was also very cooperative in providing all relevant paperwork / industry accreditations that were being requested by the managing agents for the flat. Dave and his partner Charlie Dries both worked on the job themselves, and pulled in a plumber/heating engineer, electrician and painter. Everyone we met was courteous and helpful.  Job was completed on budget and on time. Good quality job - clean and tidy. There were a few loose ends (painting, clearing etc) which we noticed needed completing during the job, and Dave sent people back in to make sure this was all sorted within the original cost quoted. System is working well now.  Tennants in flat happy. Based on this experience, I'd definitely recommend Total Property Service.
