Conservatory build and decking. Fencing, new guttering/fascias and full repainting of house.
Overall excellent. Karl took a lot of time to understand our needs and worked with us closely to get the best out of our budget. The price was also very reasonable in comparison to similar quotes from other companies and the personal touch went a long way to giving confidence that the price would also guarantee a good quality. The work started earlier than expected which was much appreciated and finished in an extremely timely manner also. The standard and quality of the work was to a very high standard and Karl ensured that everything was completed according to our requests. We have been delighted with the standard of work completed and would willingly recommend Total Refurbs and would certainly use them again for any future work.

Repairing two flat roofs, stripping and re-rendering internal plasterwork.
On time, on budget and very helpful. Would definitely use this firm again. One small criticism was that we didn't see much of Karl himself and when we did he always seemed under a lot of time pressure. But he was always ready to discuss the job and his staff were great.

UPVC windows replaced.
Karl was very polite and punctual. I had all of my rotten old windows replaced with uPVC windows. I m very impressed with the work. Everyday I came home the flat was spotless. I would never have known he and his colleague had been there. He also arranged for my flat to be cleaned after the work was done. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Removal and replacement of fascias, soffits, bargeboards and guttering to front and back upper elevations and replace.
Karl and his team were friendly and professional, turned up when they said they would, finished the work to a high standard and left the site clean and tidy. The quote was competitive and there were no extra costs. I would use total refurbs again.

Renovating exterior walls.
Karl came round the day after my initial call to give me an estimate on Saturday. After saying he could do the work in 3-4 weeks, he actually started it on the following Tuesday and finished it off on the Wednesday! He was able to do all the work without needing me to be there, as it was all exterior walls. I'd had a leak inside my front room which was caused by cracks to the exterior wall, which he cut out and filled in. He also recommended products that I can use myself to keep the exterior and interior walls well maintained. Karl is a really nice fella, very polite, kept everything tidy. He even knocked a fiver off the total price as he got a bucket of mine messy, so that I could buy a new one! Can't say fairer than that. I had tried three other builders unsuccessfully before contacting Karl. None of them got back to me to come round for an estimate. If I need any more building work done, Karl will be the 1st and only person I contact! I would most definitely recommend him to anyone.
