We were just about to have all the drive and patio taken up and replaced at a large cost, we then saw Karl refurbishing a driveway in the same road, after seeing the results of this we were amazed by the transformation and got Karl to quote ours, the quote was so reasonable that we decided to get ours done and the results were amazing. He worked hard was clean tidy and kept us well informed of each stage of the job, if your thinking of getting a new drive try Karl first, thanks Karl you saved us thousands.

More work than was contracted for was done but at the original price, and top of the range hi-tec roofing material was laid at an agreed supplement. The work was completed to a very high standard. I could tell even before the work was finished that they were doing a good job and working conscientiously. They commenced the work on the previously agreed date and had finished within the agreed time scale. The workmen were always punctual and polite. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and they would discuss any problems with me before going ahead with the agreed solution. They even did some extra work that they felt was necessary free of charge. I would quite happily recommend Total Refurb to anyone.

Karl was by far the best quote that we received and we invited 6 companies in before deciding, he also offered the best advice in terms of getting the look that we were after (trying to look like the original 1930s windows meant that we would need to have dummy sashes installed). He was the ONLY tradesman who invited me to go and look at previous jobs he had done and even invited us to see his own house and windows and I felt that this was a good sign that he is a man who is proud of his work - which is what I was looking for. I was able to compare the two different makes of windows and then felt confident that the ones I chose would look how I wanted them to! His workmanship is great and apart from the obvious noise and impact of having all your windows taken out and replaced I found that Karl and his colleague were impecably tidy and we forever hoovering up after themselves. I would be glad of future custumers of Total Refurbs coming to have a look! We are planning a big renovation of our kitchen and dining room later in the year and I will certainly be inviting Karl back to give us a quote. Many thanks

I had 4 windows in total to replace and these were completed as specified by me. Total Refurbs were able to advise and know the needs of the complex nature of two of the windows as they had to go into a 1960s built extension. They did an excellent job.
