I had to call this company on several occasions to complete some outstanding work to my guttering. I felt that they damaged my bay top roof and would not accept responsibility for this.

In reply to the customer comments above. I have returned to this customer to complete some sections of guttering. However, with regards to the damaged bay top roof; on inspection have found that this damage could not have been caused by myself and this has been discussed with the customer.
