We found the fitters (Jamie and Jack) to be very good, they were punctual, tidy (which was great as I am extremely pregnant and to know that at the end of each day I didn't have to spend hours cleaning to get the house back to normal was brilliant), they were extremely polite and courteous, and Jamie's attention to detail was appreciated. We are very pleased with the facelift our house has had.

The front door I had ordered came with the wrong design. It took about five months to get the correct door fitted. In my opinion not much effort from them to get their supplier to get the job done on time. Very unreliable but to get their money they were very quick and remembered both my email and mobile.

Unfortunately the door was made wrong by the manufacturer. It took longer than anticipated due to the Christmas period to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Payment was not received until two months after completion. The customer contacted us since to inform us that she was happy with the work.
