Tradecall re-tiled the pitched roof on the house and replaced the flat roof. This work included removing a chimney, reinforcing and then treating the roof timbers and replacing soffits etc. They completed the work to a very high professional standard, including their use of materials. The job was competitively priced. The team were cheerful courteous and helpful, even including their choice of scaffolder. I am a perfectionist by nature and am very happy to recommend this company.

In my opinion the trader seemed very knowledgeable about Building Regs etc and was happy to advise me on what I needed to do to get the council's approval. Once the work was started it was done efficiently with a large crew, all of who were polite and whilst appreciated a cuppa were not expectant. He also advised afterwards on how to sell our salvaged tiles-we appreciated this. In our opinion Dave is a knowledgeable and experienced individual who appears to know his trade-our only area of concern was that his communication over the start date was very vague. We appreciated the weather was unpredictable but a more proactive approach to keeping us up to date on the start date would have eased my concerns. We wish he and his crew well with future work and would have them back to do further jobs.

Blown cement to hip/ridge tiles carried out by our Cowboy builder, employed local roofer to rectify this after 1 winter same again. As you can imagine we were both nervous and sceptical of traders!! Dave came over told us what was needed to do it properly No Flannel or nonsense. No hassle or mess afterwards, the work is guaranteed and approved by various trade bodies as advertised would would (and have) recommend to others
