Transgas Services is a small family run business. Having left British Gas in order to establish Transgas Services in 2003, we now have 5 fully qualified engineers. This growth is due to a few key factors, including:

New circuit board and thermistor installed

The boiler packed up in the morning, I called transgas at 8.10am and by 8.50am, they arrived and started investigating the problem straight away. Fault was diagnosed and rectified promptly. I would definitely call transgas again for servicing and if any other problems occur. A very professional company.

Investigate gas leak and instal replacement pipe work

John came almost immediately after Transco cut off the gas due to a gas leak. Agreed work, which involved installing runs of new pipe from meter through floors and walls to kitchen and bathroom. Engineer was prompt, courteous, hard working and flexible when we requested changes to the pipe routing. Good quality work, would happily use them again.

Boiler service/gas safety report/replace faulty TRV

Since Transgas installed our new boiler last year we have used them for all servicing/repair work on our own house and on a flat which we rent out. We have been most impressed by their excellent service, high quality workmanship and competitive prices. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
