We as a company pride ourselves on being fair and honest with our pricing and can hand on heart state that all works were carried out as requested and the additional charges were agreed before the work was carried out and all costs agreed before we were paid. There is also no mention of as we commenced work on the kitchen we were asked to please remove walls upstairs between the baby and spare room and re build/ insulate/electric/ skirting and architrave in a different position along with plastering them and the ceiling and all in 4 days before the husband returned from a business trip and all as we understand it a surprise from his wife.
