Fix Kitchen Lights

I had one set of lights fixed on one day with no estimate as I knew the problem but was satisfied with the cost but then we discovered the other set needed further work. Trevor gave me 2 options to get the second set of lights working and explained which one would be best and why. I was sent an estimate and we booked another appointment a week later and now all the work is complete. Trevor was on time and tidyed up after and the mess was kept to a minimum. I was also impressed how efficient he was in his work and how quickly it was done. I will definitely use him again when I need to and would definitely recommend him. Excellant service and good price and very polite.

Tested for possible damage to two sunken ceiling light fittings and repaired a faulty external PIR triggered halogen lamp.

Trevor arrived on time; we discussed the jobs to be done. He carried out all three jobs with clear pride in what he is capable of doing. A very professional outcome; and he reassured me the various circuits and fittings were safe. His estimate, given by e:mail, suggested 1.5 hours work; Trevor completed the job in just 1 hour; so he reduced his estimate by an appropriate amount. An excellent professional with a very good customer service attitude.
