Can't say enough positives about John on both occasions. Turned up at the time agreed, set out all my options for both Aerial and Satellite installations. Costed out the options with attention to keeping my costs down as low as possible. Efficient, clean and tidy with plenty of time allocated to explaining what has been done and how it works. Even set up the Freesat boxes that he didn't supply. Didn't charge me on a call out for realigning a dish that moved cause unknown. Will only use John now for all my work.

Excellent work. An initial inspection showed that the previous installer had not set the aerial in the correct direction. A check of the aerial also revealed that the previous installer had broken one connection on the aerial and made a botch repair. Mr Booth adjusted my aerial with the result that I no longer needed a signal booster, repaired the previous botched effort and re-connected the aerial to the point on the bedroom wall all for a very modest cash sum and within the space of an hour.

John Booth really knows his stuff, took his time to find out what we wanted and made sensible suggestions. Not cheap - but an excellent professional job: good quality components and careful, tidy workmanship. The original installation was a while back, and John and Steve returned recently after some other building works were completed to finish it off. So I can confirm perfect reception over all weathers over 7 months. I felt comfortable with this company working in and around my home. If you want a cheap, quick, and messy bodge go elsewhere. Highly recommend this firm. After months of losing my Sky channels every time it rained and getting very little help from other advisers, John was able to tell me what the problem was and did the work needed. Since the work has been done my signal has improved and even in a torrential downpour I did not lose a single channel. The job was carried out to a high standard and the charge was very reasonable. This company attended my elderly Mother because her television signal was breaking up.  They sorted out the problem by reducing the signal from two to one televisions, thus increasing the signal strength to the one remaining TV. (Okay it's a temporary fix, but could last a year or more) She gave them the old fairly knackered TV and they charged her nothing.  That is, Nothing!!! They could have told her she needed a new aerial or a shoo valve or any old twaddle and she wouldn't have known the difference.  She actually said to me that they had restored her faith in human nature. My name is Tony Hockley.  I have no connection with this company or any person connected with it.  To say I am impressed is an understatement. There are still some good people in this world and these people would appear to be on the list.

I thought I would comment on UFO Aerials as I think tradesmen like him are few and far between!  I called him and requested for him to come round to give us a quote on sorting out our lack of reception. He came that evening when he said he would.  He gave us lots of advice on what we could do. My husband had already put the aerial up but he hadn't installed it properly.  John gave advice and told my husband exactly what he needed to do to put the reception right. We were quite willing to pay out money to sort the problem but John is obviously a very honest and fair man and wasn't just interested on making loads of money from us.  He knew we could sort the problem ourselves. I had already had him recommended from another colleague and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.  Hence why I have written this comment. I was impressed by the fact he came round late after working all day and was happy to give us as much help as we needed.

Arrived promptly, both times he came. He had to gain access via next door, and though I had already gained their permission, he introduced himself, and assured them that there would be no damage to their property. Just good manners, but lovely to see. He cleaned up as he went, made no fuss about moving a heavy sideboard. For all the work he did price reasonable. Thinking about another aerial, we can get Italian TV. Very happy all round.
