I'd had to move my dressing table before the work was done and have the loft ladder ready. The appointment was between 9am and 10am. The man arrived at 9 and when the work was completed he moved the dressing table back, resited the television and put the loft ladder back. I'd made a cheque out for the estimated price and when he gave me the bill, it was £10.00 less! I would thoroughly recommend this company. Very tidy too.

David arrived the day after my phone call, as agreed. He advised that the problem was not due to my aerial as I could still get normal TV. He retuned my digital box and only charged a nominal fee. I was very impressed that he did not try to get me to buy a new aerial when once was not necessary. I will certainly use him again if I have problems in the future.

Our T.V aerial broke due to severe wind, and was hanging by a cable - I called UK Aerials to make an appointment, but David was able to come straight away - I was quoted a reasonable fee and he took the aerial down straight away, and disposed of it too. Very efficient work, thankyou!!

After we had a loft conversion done, we needed the TV and radio aerials resited (and radio aerial replaced). David came a couple of times whilst the building work was going on and then did the work once the builders had left. He recommended the bracket to use which looks very tidy. Excellent signal on both TV and radio. We've used him once before. Very courteous, does a great job at a good price.

My job was quite confusing and I don't have a lot of knowledge about TVs etc and what is and isn't possible. David was very patient and listened to what I was trying to achieve. He carefully described to me what he would need to do in order for me to achieve my goals and we agreed a very reasonable price. He came back on the day agreed, on time and got straight to work. Impressive! I needed the mast angled over the roof at a gable-end, as the aerial is popular with birds and I was fed up with nappy duty. Came on time, very reasonable price, had exactly the parts required, worked well, the end result is very neat - far better than it looked before (and so does the patio!). He also threw in an adjuster for my booster that I didn't know I needed, and readily did another small unrelated job for me "while he was up there" - I'd offered him a small fee to do so. Nice chap too, would thoroughly recommend.

David was very helpful during the quotation as to what would be required. His written estimate was in line with other quotes. He was able to carry out the work quite quickly after the initial quotation. He confirmed the work by text the day before and arrived on time. David was polite and well mannered throughout the job and just got on with the work - no hanging around, he didn't even stop for a coffee break. He tidied up afterwards and showed me all the work he had carried out. In the end we didn't need the booster and he told me this and did not charge for it. TV reception has been much improved. Not being aerial minded, I could have been conned into a new aerial. However Dave repositioned my aerial into the correct position and tuned it in fully - now I can make full use of my channels and for the minimal fee I paid - this was excellent. David was excellent despite the fact that the job was not without its challenges. In order to fit the new aerial he was required to scale the roof via a Velux window in the attic, as side access was extremely limited. David took this all in his stride and completed a thoroughly good job. The price was as quoted and he even cleaned up afterwards! All in all highly recommended.

I am delighted. For the first time in over 30 years does every TV set in the house work. We had eleven different TV engineers over a long period of time . The entire system was a mess. He is totally honest about my television. He tuned in the channels and lost some I did not need. He told me my reception could be better but asked me to see how the tuning materialised and if the picture was OK, fine, but if not he would deal with the aerial. He also got my DVD working properly.

The issues were rectified quickly and the system was tested several times to make sure all was ok.
