5 Metre run of railings with spear heads

We saw some railings locally that we liked and knocked on the door to ask who made them, the owner said Urban Iron had done them and they said they were very pleased with the railings and with the company themselves, so they recommended them to us. We then called Urban Iron and Peter came round and gave us a quote which we were pleased with. We too have been very very happy with the service. The company gave us lots of choices on spear heads and end caps. They were professional and had a pleasant manner. The workmanship was accurate and fitting was faultless. The end result looks very good. We'd recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks

Designed brick wall and made and installed iron railings and gate

Mr Coughlan was incredibly helpful in incorporating our ideas for the railings and came up with great ways of overcoming the difficulties we faced with building a brick wall over a very uneven and sloping path. He was punctual, did not overcharge and finished the job to the highest standard of workmanship, bearing in mind what perfectionists we are! We can highly recommend him.

Make and install new iron railings, gate and handrail

We are very pleased with the design and manufacture of our railings, gate and handrail. The quality is excellent and has really finished off our front garden perfectly.

New iron railings and gates at front of house

Peter and his team have done an excellent job. Work was completed to a very high standard within budget and timescales. Peter also provided help and advice on the front wall as our architect had not taken into account that we are on a hill! We could not fault this company and highly recommend them.

Railings and balustrade installed at our house

The work was extremely good and the process of communicating with Peter and his team was a pleasure. Peter was very open to our thoughts and ideas about design whilst giving us sound advice about the practicalities involved. He was fair and made every effort to get everyone what they wanted. His workers were always polite and courteous and kept us well informed of the work they were doing and the times they would be at the house. Our railings are beautiful and much remarked upon.

3 gates made and fitted

Excellent in every respect. We were stuck for a design and Urban Iron came up with the perfect solution. They gave a lot of thought to the brief and talked us through how it would work. The price was as quoted and the workmanship first class. We would recommend to anyone.

40m run of brick wall and piers with railings and electric vehicle and pedestrian gates

Peter was recommended to me by a friend who is an architect. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am a property developer and am quite fussy about the work done at my house. Peter took great care in checking details with me to make sure that I got what I wanted. The job was done on time and budget. I would strongly recommend him.
