Everything was great, the only criticism could be that the time frame was told as being 2 weeks (which would have been miraculous) but ended up being 4 weeks to fitting, so no great issue.

I felt that this job was not satisfactory and the work did not match specification, built step and I found rubbish underneath it so he did not have to use a skip! I feel that the steps were too big in our little garden! We had to stop him from finishing.

Response from Urben Windows Ltd:
The work was carried out as per the specification agreed and signed by the customer. The step size was agreed beforehand with the customer and was the correct and safe size for the drop involved. A skip was not necessary at this stage, as the hardcore from clearing the outbuildings was needed to construct the steps. This is normal practice as you cannot construct concrete steps without hardcore. There was no rubbish under the step, only hardcore. I am sad that it was not possible to reach an agreement to complete the work. The customer changed his mind over what he actually wanted and the relationship broke down.
