He quoted for all the work I had requested and was quite happy to advise me not to go ahead with unnecessary works and adjusted his invoice accordingly. He has made an excellent job of replacing the existing boards and ensured the same problem should not occur again. He was on time (in fact early one day) and everywhere was left clean and tidy.
