Repaired DVD Player, printer problem added memory and helped with internet.
Fixed a variety of problems on 4 of our computers it was done efficiently, very relaible, and value for money. I owuld recommend them.

Talk through over phone
Brilliant. First they talked me through sorting out my frozen screen and mouse, then sent an email with a program to mend my Update Control File which hadn't been updating for several days. They also talked me through what to do with this and it was fixed almost immediately. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are very friendly and I feel I have gained new friends who will help me over any computer problem, large or small at any time.

Cured email log-on and corrupt software problems
Correctly identified the problems and was helpful in explaining the issues while working to rectify email log-on failure and Javascript corruption blocking Windows updates. Excellent service at very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Problems shutting down computer
Very nice person provided an excellent service. Cured the problem that was causing the errors when shutting down my computer also simplified other areas of the computer to make the start up process more efficient. Well done.

Investigation into computer monitor, why not working.  Cost of repair / replace.
