Response from Victor Noades:
I am disappointed with the score of 5 for workmanship. As the other scores indicate, along with the fact that the invoice was paid in full, I presume that their only issue was with a small area of paintwork that looked patchy, because it was over filler. This could not be rectified immediately as the paint I had used needed 16 hours to dry. As soon as they informed me that they were unhappy with this, I offered several times to go back and rectify this. They chose to have a relative re-paint this section.
