Fitted new aerial and 4 way amplifier

Very friendly and approachable and obviously knowledgeable. Good to see use of proper health and safety equipment (harness etc) which I believe always indicates a high level of professionalism generally.

Fitted new aerial, and tuned new TV/PVD in.

Stuart had much trouble due to the very weak signal in Colden Common, but he was meticulous and careful. The job took much longer to complete due to the weak signal, but he didn't charge any more than the quote. He was polite and courteous, and was very clean in tidying up after himself.
