Having advised me preyiously that I might need a better ariel if I bought a hard drive recorder for the TV, he installed the recorder quickly and satisfactorily, decided that a new ariel was not needed and charged a very reasonable fee.

I described my problem and the fault was identified by a process of checks and Stuarts professional knowledge and experience. A new amplifier was fitted and the problem was resolved. At each stage I was kept informed and the job was completed professionally, thoroughly and within the cost quoted for the work. All TV's were checked as working properly before completion. Stuart arrived at the time he'd told me he would, we discussed the work and he offered a number of suggestions for the one difficult aerial point, he then got on with the installation (despite some dodgy weather while he was outside!) I was completely at ease with Stuart working in the house and he got good television reception into each room as promised. Price was as quoted. Really pleased.

The signal from my old aerial was flaky – The TV had to be re-tuned on a regular basis. Stuart came to check the problem on the day I rang. He checked the signal and found that the strength was very low and that the aerial and associated cabling both needed to be replaced. We agreed a date for him to do the work. He arrived on time, the work was done within the time he had estimated it would be, and he cleared up afterwards. The price was reasonable and I can recommend him highly.

Stuart quickly established why our loft aerial wasn't working and corrected the problem at a lesser cost than originally quoted. Thus establishing Freeview connection in the 2nd floor bedroom. Then he swiftly and securely fixed a new TV into another bedroom also explaining several queries about HD and other technical issues. To top it all our bill was £20 LESS than quoted! He was polite and tidy and we would have no problem with recommending him to anyone.

All the household TV's failed at 23.50pm on the 31st December! Disaster!! I used checkatrade to find a local company to contact as I had been dissatisfied with a previous company whom I had dealt with though a newspaper advertisement. I was not at all optimistic that there would be anyone prepared to come out on a wet New Years Day, but I was delighted when Stuart from Viewcom replied immediately to the phone message that I left and arrived to undertake the work within a couple of hours.  The system is not only working now, but also much improved. What fantastic service all round.  Thank you.

Stuart, originally came to replace the aerial which on inspection because of the location of it, it would require specialised equipment to be able reach it. It was decided that he would boost the signal with an amplifier as a temporary fix whilst we make a decision. I am very happy with the service and did feel under pressure to make a decision.

Attended when he said he would, erected ladders to roof and fixed the fault ( caused by neighbours fitter). Checked inside ( took off shoes) and re did old connections ( extra). Charged minimum call out. 1st time I have used Checkatrade, and this guy is worthy of all his 10's. Recommend any time.

I had a satellite dish that basically moved during some recent bad weather. The previous installers obviously did a bad job but Stuart (owner of Viewcom) rectified the issue. Stuart was polite, courtesy, the job was reasonably priced, he attended the same day at a time that was extremely convenient to myself, he completed the works in the most efficient manner and cleaned up after himself.
