Kerry did a great job and went above and beyond what I would have expected - even to doing a temporary repair on a broken tile and repairing a chafed satellite dish cable that was just about to fail. He recommended a mast head amplifier be fitted and explained why - we suffer from a lack of height (converted bungalow) and surrounding trees which is why we always had a poor quality terrestrial reception. The improvement was immediately noticeable and will only get better once the analogue is turned off as then the Hannington digital transmitter power on all the channels can be increased to what they are supposed to be.

Kerry has been very professional, kept us up to date with ETA when he was delayed getting supplies. And when on site, he was working all the way through without a break the whole day. Our 30 years old aerial was fitted on soffit at an awkward place in which he took great care to dismantle. Our house TV and telephone wiring was a mess and he tidied it all up. The sat dish and new aerial installation was of high standard and neat. And his price was exceptionally reasonable, even though the job probably took longer than he quoted for (he was here for almost 10 hours!), Kerry kept his quoted price. Thank you for the hard work Kerry and will definitely recommend you to anyone! I asked if our chimney is ok and Kerry took a picture for me! :-)

I live in an area where Freeview is not always available via an analogue aerial, and thought I would be taking the more expensive Freesat solution. However, Mr Ballard took care to listen and understand my wishes. He assessed the current aerials on my roof and advised me that they were up to the job to receive Freeview with an amplifier. This was a cheaper option to Freesat. The amplifier was fitted with its power supply and my Freeview box (purchased the day before) was installed by Mr Ballard, who then answered all my questions fully, whilst showing me how to operate the Freeview box with my DVD recorder. The picture quality on all the channels are excellent. The service (advice and installation) was every thing I had hoped for at a very fair price. I sincerely believe you would not be sold anything that was not required and I recommend Viewtopia Systems to all of you. First class - thank you.

Engineer was excellent. Honest (suggested testing loft aerial to save money as the signal strength looked OK, though he discovered it wasn't *quite* enough to his liking for future HD signals, so we went for an exterior one) and he even advised me to some old damage he spotted on my roof while he was up there, in a different location to where he was working. Good price and excellent flexibility, he even worked around my doctors appointment. Highly recommended.
