Considering I have over 150 Happy customers to date, I am sorry that the customer feels my plastering was not up to their standards. While working at the customers house the heating was full on, so by my last day of working there the plaster had already dried enough for the customer to prepare for painting and as far as I am aware at the time was happy with the work. I feel the work went fine considering I had to plaster around screws and hooks that were left in the wall which the customer refused to remove prior to plastering. I was never contacted to be given the chance to rectify any problems which I would have willingly done.

His time keeping, standard of work and friendliness were all top notch. He arranged to pop back so he could put in some sealant once the walls had dried out.
