Dean helped fit a new kitchen sink (of which he recommended in the first place) and made sure that everything was good before leaving. This included testing it several times and identifying a small leak in the U-Bend. He also helped plumb the new dishwasher and it now looks like I've got a fresh kitchen again. Always does a good job and is conscientious of the finishing, highly recommended

Unlike the week before when his arrival was delayed Dean arrived pretty much to time on this occasion, he has a friendly manner and clearly knows what he is doing. This time he tackled a variety of tasks in one 2 hour visit. His hourly rate is a reasonable one and he returned the next day free of charge to check over something he had done.

In my report the comment "sloppy" estimating was unfair and harsh. The work carried out to fit 3 new radiators was completely satisfactory. However the estimate did not include the materials. (Piping etc) required to carry out the installation, an omission that I under stood and accepted. The extra work needed to purge the heating system and to put in the inhibitor was not made clear to me that this was an extra cost.
