Fixed Gas Fire, and replaced shower unit.

Initially called VTD to fix a gas wall fire, which was done extremely quickly. Asked if he had time to swap over shower unit (new one identical to old one). This was not as straight forward as was expected, but VTD persevered. For which I am extremely grateful. Will be using him again in the future.

Boilermate 2000 repaired

Boiler was not heating water, in this house the Potterton boiler is slaved to a 'Boilermate 2000' system, which demands hot water rather than having a standard tank. The indications on the Potterton were not covered in the maintenance manual. He used the manuals and technical advice to identify that it was a PCB on the Boilermate that was at fault and sourced as quickly and cheaply as possible a replacement. He replaced the PCB and checked operations. All done courteously and cheerfully. I would definitely use/recommend him again.

Installation of new combi -boiler into loft and radiators throughout house

We can't thank you enough for all your hard work in updating our heating system. We were really impressed how hard everyone worked and how professional you and your team are. Thank you so much! Mending waste disposal unit in kitchen

I rang Volodymyr at VTD yesterday (Sunday!) morning because the unit was broken and blocked. He was round to my house within forty minutes - and less than an hour later the disposal unit was working perfectly again. He was polite, cheerful and incredibly particular in cleaning up and taking away the rubbish. His charge was very reasonable. I shall be using him and his company again.

Powerflush for the central heating system

He was highly recommended by a few friends, polite prompt clean very happy with the service will now use in future for all work needed great to find a reliable plumber at last!!!

Boiler not working no heat or hot water

First part fitted and paid for was not faulty still had problems with boiler no heat or hot water. He came back next day and fitted 2 other parts to boiler once these were fitted the boiler was working fine and still is. Also he did not charge me for other parts or labour. Recommend him anytime, good worker, clean and tidy no mess. Cheers.

Conversion of upstairs cloakroom to a wet room

Vlad did a wonderful job and it was far from easy, involving the installation of a corner lavatory pan in a very small space, plus much research to find an affordable bespoke shower screen. Throughout, he showed great determination and provided exactly what I wanted and in the timescale agreed. His professionalism and cheerful personality never wavered and he worked to a very high standard. Importantly his price was fair and affordable and I cannot recommend him too highly.
