Repaired broken towel rail in bathroom

Rang Mr Carman after my towel rail burst. He arrived soon after and was very quick in repairing it. Very polite and pleasant. Would highly recommend and will use this company again.

Replacing Stuart Turner Showermate pump

A spot on plumber with good experience and quick working manner. Swapped out the old pump and plumbed in the replacement and left leaving the place clean and tidy. A nice person to have working in the house. Amazing he managed to come the same day I called after he finished a prior job. Highly recommended.

Replaced toilet cistern

VERY highly recommended. Helpful, courteous, efficient, thoughtful. Came at short notice which was really appreciated. Managed to fix a toilet that a previous plumber had given up on. Will be calling on Bill and WC Services for any plumbing work from now on!

Checking for a leak

Mr Carmen was so honest in his recommendations that actually no work was required. He could have really taken me to the cleaners by checking for a leak that didn't exist, but he didn't and he didn't charge for his advice. He is an honest plumber! How refreshing.

Unblocked and readjusted pipes behind washing machine

In-built toilet repair

I expected that my in-built toilet required a serious repair: cutting a hole in the separation wall, removing a faulty cistern and repairing the damaged wall after the whole work was completed. Bill came and within the first half an hour he managed to diagnose the problem. He believed that he would be able to repair the toilet without a need of removing the whole cistern. He ordered new parts and very soon came back only to leave us with a beautifully working toilet. Great workmanship, very reliable and reasonably priced excellent service. Most definitely will use Bill again.
