This is by far the best service I have received from a Plumber. Bill was exceptional - he arrived early, got the job done, and sent me a very reasonable invoice. The second job I asked him to do was an emergency and he managed to come on the same day and didn't charge me extra. He's a great guy to deal with - doesn't get chatting for ages - just gets the job done and done well. This is the only guy I'll be calling from now on.

Mr Carman arrived 10 minutes early and got straight on with the job - a very unpleasant blocked drain. He quoted for up to an hour but in the event needed nearly two hours, although he charged only a few pounds more. Drain unblocked! Mr Carman could not have been easier to deal with - polite, knowledgeable and happy to deal with a horrible task. Like all good craftsmen he appreciates a cup of tea! I thoroughly recommend him - thanks William!

Mr Carmen was so honest in his recommendations that actually no work was required. He could have really taken me to the cleaners by checking for a leak that didn't exist, but he didn't and he didn't charge for his advice. He is an honest plumber! How refreshing.

I expected that my in-built toilet required a serious repair: cutting a hole in the separation wall, removing a faulty cistern and repairing the damaged wall after the whole work was completed. Bill came and within the first half an hour he managed to diagnose the problem. He believed that he would be able to repair the toilet without a need of removing the whole cistern. He ordered new parts and very soon came back only to leave us with a beautifully working toilet. Great workmanship, very reliable and reasonably priced excellent service. Most definitely will use Bill again.

We had Bill round to fix a leaking pipe that was leaking water downstairs into the living room. We had already pulled up some floorboards but hadn't located the leak. Bill located the leak within 5 five minutes. He then flushed the system and fixed the pipe, 2 hours in total. I would fully recommend Bill's work, extremely courteous, turned up on time and provides value for money.

Bill has done work for me before. I had a major Boiler malfunction and was slowly flooding the kitchen. He came round quickly and located the water stop and stopped the flood. He also did a great job fitting a new shower in the bathroom. More recently, due to some kind of blockage in the sewage pipes, the toilet got backed up. Bill came round an hour after I called and fixed the toilet without a problem. He is clearly very experienced and it seems he has all of the tools that he needs to do all of the jobs you want. None of this "I can't fix it now, don't have the right tools with me" rubbish. So far he has come fully equipped each time and fixed all of the plumbing problems that I have had. I would fully recommend WC Services if you are in a tight spot or otherwise.
