  Excellent craftsmanship.

  Billy completed a big loft conversion job for us in 2024 so we were very happy to invite him and his team back to rebuild and alter our front garden wall. The original wall had Edwardian pillars that had partially collapsed and Billy made a big effort to source specially shaped bricks so the new work accurately matched the old. The whole job was completed to a very high standard of craftsmanship and we are delighted with the result. As we've come to appreciate with Billy and his team, communication is always excellent and the guys are cheerful, polite and very tidy and considerate.

  Porch rebuild

  Our porch required rebuilding with a more substantial foundation. Billy understood our problem and provided a competitive solution based on other work he had completed in the area. The whole project was well managed with trades arriving in a timely manner with little waiting time. Emergent work was priced and dealt with quickly. Overall, very happy with the price and quality of the work. Thank you.

  Garden Wall Rebuild

  We have used Billy and his team for multiple projects, this latest one was possibly one of the smallest we have used Billy for. We needed a section of the original garden wall rebuilt before it collapsed, it was removed and rebuilt with no effort, he left the work site clean and tidy afterwards. Fantastic service yet again.

  Extremely professional and reliable building company.

  This is the second time we have used W.D. O’Neill builder to do carry out some internal modifications in our house. All ready planning our next project with him. Extremely professional and reliable, the team were excellent and we are really pleased with the results.

  Excellent building work

  Billy and the team did a fantastic job. I needed some structural brick work and window lintel replaced. The work was completed to a high standard and at a good price. What really impressed was the highest standard quality of finish that Billy insists upon. Even after I’d said that I was happy with the completed job, he pointed out that there had been adverse weather after the job was finished and before the mortar had set. He wanted the team to redo the finish at no extra cost. Excellent service, highly recommended.

  Highly Recommend W D O'Neill Builders

  Mr O'Niell (Billy) co ordinated our works professionally, giving clear outline daily of works to be completed, referring back to us to ensure happy with progress, quality of works completed and timelines. Billy's team were also professional and respectful of coming into our home, clearing and cleaning as they went. Our house is terraced and access only via front door. The works were smooth and outcome amazing. Would highly recommend W D O'Neill Builders.
